At 9choice, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:


1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • We accept returns without reason (no questions asked).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging where applicable).

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns without reason, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the seller will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Currently, there are no category-based restrictions on returns.
  • However, items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Method

  • All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your payment provider to reflect the refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Return Address & Shipping Origin

  • Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, China.
  • Return instructions and address will be provided after your return request is approved.

8. How to Request a Return

9. Additional Notes

  • Unauthorized returns (sent without contacting us first) may not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
