Refund & Return Policy

At 9choice, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
- Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
- We accept returns without reason (no questions asked).
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging where applicable).
2. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns without reason, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the seller will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Currently, there are no category-based restrictions on returns.
- However, items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Method
- All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your payment provider to reflect the refund.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Return Address & Shipping Origin
- Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, China.
- Return instructions and address will be provided after your return request is approved.

9. Additional Notes
- Unauthorized returns (sent without contacting us first) may not be accepted.
